1. Eligibility for Returns

• We accept returns on products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect as per your order. Please inspect your items upon delivery, as these issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

• Products eligible for return must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Due to the nature of our products, items such as desi ghee, honey, and skincare or oral care products cannot be returned if opened or tampered with.

• Perishable items, including some of our organic and superfood items, are not eligible for returns.

3. Return Process for COD Orders

• After approval, you will receive instructions to ship the product back to our facility. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• For approved returns, customers will receive a refund as store credit, redeemable on future purchases, within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.

• Exchanges are only allowed for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled if the request is made before the item is shipped. COD orders cannot be canceled once the item is out for delivery.
